Last week, my beagle underwent emergency surgery; they admitted her immediately, and everything proceeded smoothly. This was actually her second surgery with them. Carrie has been amazing, always going above and beyond to answer all my questions, no matter how trivial they might seem. We've had nothing but positive experiences!」

「As a customer, I was unaware of a clause stating I would be charged for not attending an appointment. It was mentioned that if a down payment was made for a service, funding its preparation, and the person didn't show up, the down payment would be forfeited. Rosemary Evans needed care for her dog, Coco Evans. She called to inquire about bringing Coco in, but apparently had a previous appointment she couldn't make. She wasn't notified about this missed appointment, but was told she had to pay for it if she wanted any future service.」

「I brought my puppy, Sirius, here this morning for his first visit. They were able to accommodate me on short notice, which was fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the office is nice and clean. They were also very transparent with the cost of vaccines and not pushy at all.」

Everyone I interacted with at Rock Road Animal Hospital was incredibly helpful and professional, from the receptionist to the doctor who performed the euthanasia.
