「I had a dog grooming appointment with Morgan; upon arrival, she seemed annoyed and unwelcoming. I initially dismissed it as a busy morning, but as I left, Morgan greeted another customer checking in with a smile and cheerful demeanor. She was bubbly when calling to say my dog was ready. When I arrived, another customer was ahead of me, and Morgan was again happy and very friendly with them. When she got to me, her demeanor changed to annoyed and unhappy to interact with someone like me (I'm part Filipino, and the other customers were not). I let it go, paid, and left. As I departed, I overheard Morgan treating the customer behind me with respect, kindness, and friendliness. I had high hopes for Morgan due to her positive reviews, but I would not recommend her for non-white individuals.」

「I’ve been bringing Odie here since he was a puppy, now just over a year old. I want to give a huge shout-out to the entire PetSmart staff; they have always been incredible. Our groomers, Megan, Morgan, and Pheonix, are ALL amazing. The other staff members on the floor are always super welcoming and helpful too. Thanks, Cochrane PetSmart! We always look forward to our visits here! *Megan was our groomer today and has Odie looking super fresh!*」

「I understand the grooming department is understaffed, but that doesn't excuse hiring people who dislike dogs. I've taken my dog here regularly since it opened and never had an issue with Zeus not listening or being a bad dog. I regret Kaiyana H had to leave; she was your best groomer. The new hire, Hayden T, is your worst addition; he dislikes dogs and people, being rude to both me and my pup. He struggles with energetic dogs like Zeus, my husky, who, despite 'selective hearing,' is a gentle giant. Hayden gave him a 'fast groom' because he didn't want to deal with him, charged me more, and still left him with furry paws. To top it off, Hayden ultimately decided to BAN my gentle dog from PetSmart. While I see you've been struggling to find groomers, please be more selective and check references, as you don't want a rude or lazy individual looking after the pups we entrust to you.」

「This store has everything I need as a dog and reptile owner. The staff are great; Crystal and Josee are particularly outstanding, but honestly, I've never had a bad experience with anyone there. Today, they had great deals on pet dress-ups, and my pup is currently modeling one of the bargains I found. I'm truly glad to have this store in town!」

「I highly recommend Ivan! His expertise and dedication transformed my dog's behavior for the better. He is patient, effective, and truly makes a difference. Kiki was initially afraid, but after a few classes, she was eagerly running to his class to learn more. He is awesome! I cannot recommend Ivan enough! He goes above and beyond to teach both dogs and owners how to handle and train their dogs for obedience. Also, I must add that when I had a family emergency, he found time to reschedule with us to complete the course.」

「Ivan the trainer was awesome! He taught us tips and tricks to get our stubborn bull terrier to listen. Even after we passed the class, he always asks how Gator is doing, and it's great because if I ask him a question, he never hesitates to answer. Highly recommend dog training with Ivan!」
