「highly recommend Miami Animal Clinic. I’ve taken my dog to several vets over the years, and this is by far the best clinic I’ve ever experience!!! I recommend them 120%. The staff truly treats you like family,!!! and their level of care is exceptional. My 13 year old dog, Lili, was very sick, and we received different diagnoses from other vets. Thankfully, Dr. Palacios was the only one who correctly identified what was going on and helped us when we needed it most. If you love your dog as much as I do, don’t hesitate—this is the place to go. I’m beyond grateful for their care and dedication. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dr. Palacios. I truly don’t know how to repay you for everything you did for Lili. Your care, dedication, and compassion meant the world to me ❤️ and I will always be grateful❤️ I know Lili is 13 years old but Dr. Palacios never gave up on her. He never immediately suggested putting her to sleep like some other vets 😫. Instead, he always encouraged to try different options and gave me and Lili hope, saying, “let’s try this and see how she responds.” That compassion and dedication truly meant 🌍 to me!!! Also a special thank you to Maria during Lili hospital stay of 7 to 9 days, she sent me pictures every night so I could see how Lily was doing❤️😘 Also, thank you, Alexis, for everything you did as well.」

The staff at the front desk will be how you start experiencing the phenomenal customer service at this location. They are busy but not understaffed, they treat you like family, they take the time to help you. Then come the doctors. Our doc was Dr. Palacios. He is knowlegeable, attentive, communicates well, and understands the delicate balance between cost and care. I strongly recommend you give this animal clinic a try, their customer service is exceptional, and their prices are reasonable.」

「We love Miami Animal Clinic. Our family has two dogs that we take there routinely. The location is not close to us but the drive is worth it. Their staff is very kind especially Carla at the front desk. She is warm, caring & treats everyone like family. The vet is also very knowledgeable & we trust them with our pet’s care over any other vet we have seen in the past. The prices are fair & there is never a very long wait time. Highly recommend!」
