「I was clipping my senior cat Val when I accidentally nicked her skin in one spot. Although she didn’t seem to know it was there, the wound wouldn’t close after a few days and I got concerned. I had just moved to the area so hadn’t found a new vet yet and was stressed about finding one on short notice with fair pricing. Some people on reddit recommended this place and they just happened to have an open appointment; I liked the ease of booking online. I wasn’t used to Miami traffic yet so I ended up being super late but they were gracious and understanding and still able to see me thankfully, as I had to go out of town the next day. Honestly I was simply blown away by this place, it’s so clean and the receptionist, assistant, and vet were all SO KIND and attentive and friendly! They gave my sweet girl such a thorough exam and never rushed one bit even though I was so late arriving. They also gave her Churus, which she had never had, and now she is obsessed with them lol. The pricing was extremely fair too and when I left I knew I’d found my new vet! Thank you so much for giving my sweet Val such compassionate care!」

「I had such a great experience here yesterday! I noticed in the morning my dog’s eye was bothering him and needed to take him into see a vet asap and of course there were not many vet offices open on a Sunday, but they were able to squeeze us in. The doctor and vet tech were both so kind, understanding, and gentle with my anxious dog. I was expecting the price for an emergency visit to be crazy expensive, but it wasn’t at all! They recommended only the necessary care which I really appreciated. I highly recommend this office and I will be back for all my pets needs and annual visits.」

「Overall poor experience. I typically go to a different vet but brought my girlfriend's dog here due to proximity and needing a specific time window for our appt. Very clean office and veterinarian was really nice but seems like they are very much profit forward. Having taken my dog to her vet for the past 5 years for both acute illnesses and routine check ups I can say I've never spent as much as I did at this appt. I was given a list of "recommendations" with prices at the end on an iPad and was told to pick and choose what I wanted without any true guidance. It seemed like I was at a fast food restaurant picking what I wanted to eat instead of being provided medical recommendations. Will definitely not be going back and would not recommend to anyone.」
