Olly’s Dog Grooming offers a compassionate and professional grooming experience where the well-being of both pets and their humans is paramount. Known for creating a safe and loving environment, they employ a policy of not allowing owners inside during grooms to minimize stress and cater to anxious pups. Customers consistently praise the team for their ability to transform pets, sending them home smelling fantastic, feeling incredibly soft, and impeccably clean, even for first-time groomers or energetic puppies needing specialized services like ear cleanings, teeth brushing, and nail trims. With a dedicated staff committed to high-quality care, Olly’s has built a loyal following, drawing clients from as far as Hayward who trust them with their beloved companions. While acknowledging isolated incidents, their responsiveness to feedback, as demonstrated by staff members like Victor, underscores a commitment to exceptional service and ensuring every dog feels comfortable and cared for. This establishment suits pet parents seeking a reliable, caring, and professional groomer focused on creating a positive experience for every dog.
