「This was the first time bringing my Yorkie here. The staff was wonderful from the moment we arrived until the end. The place was very clean and comfortable. We had Dr. Andres, and he provided a lot of information and knowledge about my dog's needs. He was polite and very gentle with my dog. All the procedures were fast and accurate, and again, the whole team was friendly and professional. I definitely will come back. And the price is very reasonable. Extremely happy with the visit.」

「This is a money-hungry, small establishment. They wanted $900 upfront to run tests and bathe my pet, which already had a medicinal bath. "Oh, drop off your dog…" I wondered why. They wanted to charge for all sorts of screenings and bathe the dog to charge afterwards. There was no disclosure; I had to ask all the questions. Now the dog has been diagnosed with heartworm. "Oh… Let me explain why we charge $3K upfront without having to say it again" LMAO!!! Is this how they make money? They offered a discount for the rescue animal, which was only $36. I have five pets now, and definitely not one will ever attend this clinic. I have more veterinary knowledge about dogs than this place. I said it was either exposure or heartworm, and it was heartworm. The girl actually said, "Maybe Cancer?!!" Don't be fooled. They want to create panic for you to spend on your loved one. Ask questions and shop around. Money is what matters to them, not the cause. Thanks for the reply, but the communication was clear and a very disturbing experience, to the point of collecting the urine myself from the pet. Worst experience ever.」

「The guy who picked up the phone was a complete airhead, like, "Do you even work there!?" He had to put me on hold to ask someone else about every question I had. They advertise a complete bloodwork package, but when I asked if it included the T4, he didn't know and had to go ask. He came back and said no, so I asked how much extra it was, and he had to go ask again, then came back and said I'd have to come in? HUH?!? Since when?! I just got a quote from 5 other vets for the test over the phone. I genuinely think his slow self just didn't want to go ask another question, proving exactly how incompetent he is!! With workers like this picking up the phone, just throw the whole business away!」
