「Their customer service is excellent! It's a very welcoming atmosphere, with staff who proactively offered helpful advice and service. They have a very large selection of both fresh and saltwater fish, along with plenty of merchandise. Some tanks appeared to need better maintenance, but I assume they're understaffed. Parking is easy to find right in front of the store. Personally, the prices for saltwater fish seemed a bit high, though the selection is great.」

「This place is definitely a one-stop shop for pets. I love going in there, whether to make a purchase or just to browse. The staff are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Their fish selection is amazing, and anything they don't have, they will gladly order for you. The plant selection is varied, with some really healthy-looking options. Their other live animals also appear healthy and comfortable. I highly recommend this shop.」

「***DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE TO BE GROOMED**** I recently took my Chow Chow to Brooklyn Zoo for a standard winter cut. I explained to the groomer, and we agreed she would take his hair down short on the back of his body and give him a lion cut, with his mane trimmed. The groomer then told me my dog's hair was severely matted, which I strongly disagreed with. I reiterated to cut the back near his hind legs short but *not* to cut his mane, which is a distinctive characteristic of his breed, along with his black tongue. Regardless, when I returned to pick up my dog, the results were devastating. ***BEWARE*** It's starting to get very cold in New York, and my dog was left hairless and cold.」
