City Cat Clinic Inc Claimed

「I brought my cat, Ming, here several times for routine care. They were always excellent with her and very gentle. I appreciate how honest and straightforward they are. I get hung up on details and Doctor Nieberg was very patient in explaining my cat’s health to me and going over approximate treatment costs. I was never upsold or pressured into anything. In fact I was talked out of dental cleaning—twice—because Ming didn’t need it. Having lost some of my own teeth I got a bit hung up on Ming’s oral care. It would have been easy to take my money for a procedure she didn’t need. Ming had a sharp decline starting around the December holidays and we got exceptional help despite everything being last minute and at the worst possible time. They did everything they could to help us. It took a lot of patience on their part to help me get a prescription filled on New Year’s Eve when I had very limited options due to everything closing early. They even were able to see her on very short notice when she developed some alarming symptoms. Saved us from another ER bill! The staff genuinely care about cats and are good with stressing humans as well. The atmosphere is great and cozy. I can’t recommend City Cat Clinic enough.」

「I cannot overstate how grateful I am to City Cat Clinic for helping us through a very difficult and eventual end-of-life situation with our 16-year-old cat Huey. A few weeks ago we had noticed our cat was not eating like normal and after switching up brands and types of food we realized it was more than him just being picky. The clinic we used to take him to (very similar in name to City Cat Clinic) had undergone a change in staff and after hearing multiple horror stories about said clinic since the change, we were looking to find a new vet. After hours of scouring reviews and making phone calls we landed on City Cat Clinic. We took the earliest appointment they had and after speaking with the woman who works the front desk (Sandy, I believe) already felt like we made the right choice. Unfortunately, Huey's condition went downhill very quickly and since it was over the weekend we had to take him to the emergency vet and the prognosis was not good. Long story short, City Cat Clinic talked us through difficulties with medications, even supplied a much friendlier version of the medication that the ER had prescribed (a cream instead of a pill since our cat could not hold down anything without throwing up) and prepared us for some very difficult decisions. All of this was site unseen as our cat never made it to his first official appointment. When the time came, City Cat Clinic was able to get us in right away so our cat was able to be released from his misery. They were kind and compassionate and allowed us in the room for everything. I was even more shocked at how reasonable the prices were compared to the dozens of other places I reached out to. TLDR: City Cat Clinic was amazing and helped us in a super difficult time before ever laying eyes on our cat and we will be forever grateful to the great vet and staff. We will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone!」

「Very GREAT STAFF! I live in Illinois and bring my cat here. Worth the trip! Dr. and staff are very knowledgeable! Best of all! NO DOGS to upset my cat before visit!」

「Wrote a detailed review on how great CCC is and my phone reset before I could post. They fixed my cat and I will go back.」

「We struggled to give our cat gabapentin and called the emergency line for help the night before a flight. The team gave us quick instructions on how to administer the medication orally by dissolving the pill in salmon juice and squirting it into her mouth with a soft tip syringe. Thank you team!!」
