「Absolutely loved our experience here. I brought both of my sisters cats here and came in for vaccines and boosters, and from the moment we walked in, we felt taken care of. Jorge and Kitty Meow greeted us and brought us to our room right away. Jorge explained everything step by step while getting the meds ready, which I really appreciated because I’m new to this whole “cat auntie” life and had… a lot of questions. (We come from a long line of dog people, okay? 😅) Dr. Leo came in, did a full physical exam, went over the meds we discussed, and gave me some great recommendations for flea prevention in the yard. Super patient, super knowledgeable. Overall, an amazing experience. The staff was kind, thorough, and genuinely cared about my fur babies. Thank you all so much! 🐾💛」

「I want to start off by saying I was really skeptical about bringing my dog here because of the mixed reviews, but I decided to take my chances—and I'm so glad I did. I had previously taken my pup to another clinic where they not only gave me a ridiculously high estimate for his surgery, but they also failed to notice he had a large lipoma on his chest. Oscar was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to us thoroughly, which immediately gave me confidence that Jack was in good hands. Even though Jack's recovery took a little longer than expected, thanks to Oscar and his amazing staff, the surgery was a complete success. A few weeks later, Jack developed a limp. Instead of immediately recommending X-rays, the doctor suggested trying anti-inflammatory medication first. Thankfully, that was exactly what Jack needed, and he made a full recovery. I truly believe that many other clinics would have jumped straight to expensive tests, but this team put Jack's well-being ahead of unnecessary costs. They've earned a loyal customer, and I'll absolutely be bringing my other two pups here whenever they need care. Every veterinary clinic will have both positive and negative reviews, but sometimes you have to experience it for yourself instead of relying solely on what you read online. That's exactly what I did, and I'm so thankful I did because I found a veterinary team I trust. I highly recommend them!」

「I am deeply disappointed with the care and communication I received from this clinic. My young dog was admitted for hospitalization after I paid the required deposit in full. I expected professional monitoring and regular updates, but that did not happen. My calls went unanswered, and I was left without information until I was informed that my dog had died. As a pet owner, I trusted this clinic with a member of my family. Instead, I was left with unanswered questions and an explanation that did not give me confidence that my concerns were taken seriously. I sincerely hope no other family experiences this level of distress and lack of communication.」

「I honestly cannot recommend this veterinary clinic enough. This is not the first time I bring my little dog here — I’ve been coming to them for over a year now, and they have literally saved her life three times. My dog called Uma, is 15 years old, blind, and has gone through three surgeries here. Every single time, the entire team has been incredibly professional, caring, honest, and compassionate. They always treated her with so much love and attention, and every surgery went very well. What I truly love is that this clinic feels like a family. It’s run by a father and daughter, and you can genuinely feel the warmth and dedication they put into their work. The clinic is always extremely clean, organized, and professional. This was also the first place where I ever felt comfortable leaving my dog overnight, and they took amazing care of her. Considering we are in Miami, their prices are honestly very fair and reasonable, and I deeply appreciate how transparent and honest they are. Another huge plus is that they speak Spanish, English, and Italian, which made communication so much easier for me. Today, my little girl looks like she recovered 10 years of life, and for that I will always be grateful. Thank you so much to the entire team for everything you do 💕」

「The staff and doctor are very friendly, kind, and caring. They were extremely patient and took the time to answer all my questions and make me feel comfortable as a pet parent. I especially appreciated that they chose the most effective way to treat my cat without recommending unnecessary exams or procedures. They focus on properly treating the problem instead of offering only a temporary solution that requires you to keep coming back. Their prices are also much more reasonable compared to other clinics.
