Welcome to Pawsome University, the premier destination for professional dog training in Monmouth County, NJ. Our mission is to enhance the bond between dogs and their owners through scientifically-backed, positive reinforcement techniques. We understand that every dog is unique, which is why our certified behaviorists offer tailored programs ranging from fundamental puppy socialization to complex aggression management. At Pawsome University, we prioritize safety and long-term behavioral success. Our comprehensive approach includes environmental assessments, hands-on training sessions, and detailed post-session support to ensure you have the tools necessary to maintain a happy, well-adjusted pet. Whether you are dealing with leash reactivity, separation anxiety, or simply want to master basic commands, Pawsome University is Monmouth County, NJ’s trusted partner in canine education.
We explore alternative rewards like toys, sniffing time, or social praise to find what truly drives your dog.
Just have your dog on a leash and some high-value treats ready; no need to deep clean the house!
Yes, we offer 'Day School' where a trainer works with your dog during the day and gives you a transfer lesson later.
Puppies can start as early as 8 weeks, provided they have had their first round of vaccinations.
Jumping is one of our most common fixes; we teach 'four on the floor' and 'go to place' behaviors.
Clients receive access to our private community group for ongoing questions and video feedback after their sessions.
