「Terrible experience. I bought a toy for my cat's birthday and not only was it falsely advertised, but it broke immediately upon coming out of its packaging. I'm very disappointed. (Also, to Chris: the likely reason your fish died is that many fish experts warn against ordering fish online due to high mortality rates during shipping. Also, buying fish where they scan a QR code on the bag can sometimes make them sick.)」

「I've been a customer at this store for years and have never had a dead fish, having bought from them multiple times. I always keep my receipt, which is helpful for exchanges if anything goes wrong. Also, they don't always show all the creatures they keep hidden behind the aquarium wall! If you're looking for something specific and are knowledgeable, they'll let you see what's hidden, as their display isn't everything they have! Shhhhh. It's quite difficult to get assistance on weekends, so I recommend visiting on a weekday. I also recently signed up with them online and discovered that ordering your dog or cat food four months at a time saves a lot of money, and they ship directly to your door! Then I use my points in-store to save even more! #update: Amazing! I now have 17 tetra in two large tanks, a dinosaur pleco, a Cory catfish named Sully, and six very happy mystery snails making nests in my smaller tank. My only wish is for a larger, much cheaper plant selection! No one around here sells live pond or underwater plants. I keep everything here in freshwater! We now await to see what colors our babies will be 🙏 still no fatalities!」

「I gave them a second chance at grooming, but I won't go back unless I'm absolutely desperate. My poor dog doesn't even look like she was groomed; only her paws seem fine, everything else looks untouched.」

「I just called the Joplin store, and the girl who answered was so rude. I asked if they had any Cherry Shrimp, and she hatefully replied, "No, we don't carry them." I asked if they had any shrimp at all, and she very strongly said, "No, we do not." I hung up. Five or six weeks ago, I purchased my tank, plants, and Ghost Shrimp there. I will never go back to this store. The young man who sold me my tank and fish was very accommodating and nice. It's sad how one person can negatively impact the business that employs them.」

「I bring our Goldendoodle here for grooming, but I haven't been happy with the results yet. There was even another doodle on a table being groomed whose cut I liked, so I showed it to the groomer doing mine and explained that's what I wanted. When I picked him up, he looked nothing like what I requested; he had an "afro," so I had to take him home and fix it myself. For a $125 payment, I shouldn't have to correct it myself.」
