「We could not be more impressed and pleased with our experience at VEG Beverly Grove. Our much beloved, and seldom sick kitty Grayson chewed open and ingested an unknown amount of Advil. We didn’t realize it except that he was vomiting every couple of hours, and then my husband found the chewed up liquigel. I did a quick search and found that it was toxic and could be fatal for cats. We were so lucky to have been directed to VEG, where he was beautifully taken care of for two days and just came home, much improved and on the mend. Every staff member who we interacted with was professional, kind, and well informed about Grayson and his diagnosis and his treatment. We are very grateful to have such a fantastic pet ER in our area. Many thanks to the doctors Lilliana and Crossfield, and nurses Ari and Kaitlyn, and coordinators Renee and Tyler. And others who helped us get our Grayson back to his old self!」

「Having to take your beloved animal to the emergency room is always stressful, so it was a godsend to have such a great experience at VEG when I had to bring my dog in. As soon as we walked in someone immediately triaged my baby, K. Once she was assessed, Dr. Pham came over to talk to me about how we were going to proceed. Dr. Pham’s shift was ending soon but she made sure to fully update Dr. Crossfield on K’s case and the transition was seamless. The environment was also wonderful, we could have privacy and still be where we needed to be. I was able to stay with K every moment except when she got X-rays, which was very important to me. In fact, if K had to stay overnight they had a pullout couch where we could sleep together. (Luckily, it didn’t come to that.) Every single person I came into contact with at VEG was kind, considerate, comforting, encouraging, empathic, and caring. Even though we just met, I felt like this was K’s care team, everyone working to make sure we were comfortable and being very well taken care of. I’m so grateful that we were treated so well and that this experience was as excellent as it could have possibly been. We will never go anywhere else for an emergency!」

「I cannot say enough good things bout my visit…but I'll try… First, so glad they opened up this 24/7 emergency vet in my neighborhood. The place has an open format so no more taking animals into small dark rooms and staying in the lobby. Second, the people who work here are caring, thorough and compassionate. Big shout out to Renee, Daniella, Ryleigh, and Dr. Crossfield….absolutely outstanding, kind hearted people that made my experience so much easier to handle. They care and they show it! Finally, the place is new and clean. Totally comfortable as well. Yes, its expensive but can you put a price on piece of mind? I dont think so! Overall, a ten out of ten experience and a big thank you to all the crew」

「Our hen Linda found herself in a medical situation that had us rushing to Veterinary Emergency Group, right across from what we'll generously call a poorly attended remodeled shopping mecca — the Beverly Center. Not exactly where you expect to bring a chicken in Los Angeles, but here we are. From the moment we walked in, the warmth and professionalism of everyone in the room set the tone — calm, genuine, and reassuring. Dr. Harris was extraordinary — knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely unfazed by the fact that her patient had feathers. When she wasn't certain about something, she did what great doctors do — she called a colleague, who got a chicken specialist at UC Davis on the phone. That's not standard. That's exceptional. Rosalba was exceptional in every way — attentive and kind in a way that made a stressful situation feel manageable. And Renee handled billing and paperwork with such grace that even THAT part of the experience felt human. Ramon Romero, the Hospital Manager, was extremely welcoming and helpful when we asked who to contact for permissions to use footage filmed for our documentary. Linda, for her part, was utterly charmed by the staff who couldn't stop telling her how beautiful she is. In an upsetting situation, she was soothed by genuine adoration. As one should be. Why does the chicken cross the road? To find the heart where VEG lives. You don't expect a veterinary emergency facility to feel like family. VEG does. Five stars doesn't cover it.」

「I am so, so thankful VEG opened here. We brought in our dog Sophie after she had quite a large, open laceration on her leg. She is a very anxious dog at the vet but everyone (and I mean everyone!) at VEG tried to make her feel welcome and comfortable. They knew exactly how to approach my dog and get her trust within minutes. I especially loved that we could be with Sophie the whole time– this meant we could tell the doctors, nurses, and techs all the little things to help make Sophie's visit smoother and it worked so well. I don't think Sophie's injury was the easiest one to close but I felt like Dr Rivera-Ramirez and Dr Pham did an excellent job given the circumstances and risks of a high movement area. There was so much care and expertise in their work. Overall, taking my dog to VEG was the best decision we could have made for her. Even though I wish my dog was not injured, they did everything to help her heal and make her feel comfortable. We'll be back if needed and I'm really just so thankful for the team here. You all are the best and made a very stressful night so much more manageable ❤️」
