「Do not recommend this place at all. We switched here from another vet after we moved, now we are switching back and making the 30 minute drive to get better service from a place we trust!」

「Last month I took my dog in for an issue she was having. Everything was explained to the tech/vet and they acknowledged it, took her to the back and said everything was all good snd there was no issues when they came back…. Fast forward a month later, the issue was still happening. We came in and had asked if there was ANYTHING in the notes regarding last visit and what they did, the vet “intern” said there was nothing. We later found out there WAS notes on it, and they did essentially nothing that day. This time they ended up actually examining her in the room and doing lab test on her, the vet ended up finding some abnormalities/issues. Come to find out, my dog now needs to get an ultrasound, and a plethora of other things, and I was sent a referral to VSS. Stuff that should have been caught and discussed over a month ago.. If you take a look at all the negative reviews on here or Facebook, they all follow the same rhythm in which they always seem to skip over something that’s discussed, or don’t catch it the first time. We had very high hopes with this vet, the reviews and 3 star ended up telling it all. If you’re thinking about switching or coming here, PLEASE be weary.
I have had several decent experiences but the incompetence and bad business sense of this place is evident in most interactions I've had here. Two examples: 1) Our dog had chronically red skin and was extremely itchy for more than a year. We took her in several times throughout and were told she just has skin allergies. After spending many hundreds of dollars fruitlessly over this time, with our poor girl miserable all the while, they finally offer to run some tests. She had MRSA that whole time and it was able to be cleared up after a month of intense medication. Why did they not run the tests after the second visit? Why was this option not offered to us earlier? 2) they won't refill your pets prescription unless you use their pharmacy or you physically pick up the paper prescription and deliver it to your pharmacy of choice. Being able to talk to a person on the phone for them to even inform us of this policy was an endeavor. Did I mention their pharmacy is notably more expensive than competitors? I deeply regret trusting my pets' health to these people. Don't make my mistake.
The staff and doctors here were incredibly attentive. While I was waiting, I watched them handle a very sensitive crisis with another owner’s dog—her family member. The owner was silently frantic and in tears. The team immediately rushed from behind the counter, called for the doctors and additional assistance, and took her dog back right away. At the same time, they reassured her that they had everything under control and would do everything they could for little Charlie. Within just a few minutes, someone came out to update her, offer comfort, and let her know that her dog was doing okay and that she could come sit with her. By the time my own appointment ended, the owner looked so much calmer, and it appeared they were able to help her pet. I brought my cat in for a visit, and they treated her with medication and a shot—she’s doing great now. No more diarrhea, no more vomiting! As for pricing, it’s not the cheapest, but it’s absolutely worth it. I’d consider it mid-range, especially for the level of care and compassion they provide. I will never take my pets anywhere else. They are wonderful!
I love this place. You can get an urgent care appointment when you need it. The wait is short and the vets and techs very interested in your pet. They don’t rush to upsell expensive imaging or bloodwork unless the pet (my cat) didn’t do well on initial treatment. I appreciate that they understand some of us are on a budget
The staff is always very friendly and patient. The facility is usuallly pretty clean. Love that they offer puppy training classes. Not sure if they overbook appointment times, but there tends to be an extended wait time even with appointments. I've had to wait 20mins before escorted to an exam room. And then additional 15min+ wait in the exam room before the doc arrives.」
